Instant Glow Photobooth offers both 2X6 and 4X6 prints (recommended). Your Instant Glow’s booth rental INCLUDES at least two prints per session or unlimited prints depending on your package. If you the package you choose does not include unlimited prints, you can add “unlimited prints” to your order.
We ask for 10x10x10 feet. The actual unit itself doesn’t require that much space the unit needs to be about 6-7 feet away from the backdrop. We also need room for a prop table and some cases an additional table for the scrapbook table (if included). 6ft and 4 ft table available upon request, or we ask that the venue supply us with one.
Yes, we are fully insured. Should your venue require a Certificate of Insurance, we can email them a copy upon request.
Set-up and testing takes about 45 minutes to an hour. This time is not billed to you. However, if there’s more than 45 minutes between set-up and the time you need us to make the booth available to your guests to starting taking pictures, you will be billed $75/hr of idle time. Breakdown takes about 30 to 45 minutes and that is not billed to you.
Instant Glow’s Photobooth requires a dedicated (nothing else plugged into the same outlet) 15 or 20 amp 120v (US Standard) Three Prong outlet for power.
Of course! Photo booth are great for kids and they truly enjoy it. However; all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Shorter children must be held by an adult. Instant Glow Photobooth will strictly enforce our policy to ensure there is an adult supervising them by the booth area. For children’s parties, we can set up booth at a shorter height and can also provide a step stool upon request.
We are very flexible and open to suggestions but custom props and backdrops will incur additional fees. We may be flexible on the fees if we feel your suggestion can be used for future events.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $250 to reserve your date and time. The deposit will be applied towards your total balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
As early as you possibly to ensure you secure your event date. However; please note that until you sign a service contract and have paid your $250 deposit, your event date cannot be reserved on our calendar. We also like to have enough time to give each client the customized experience they deserve.

Yes, absolutely! All packages include onsite printing for instant gratification. In addition, all your photos from your event will be uploaded on our online gallery for you to view and share with your guests.
Touch screen instructions lead the way. It’s impossible to mess up! Your rental will also include a professional booth attendant to assist you and your guests if necessary.
